Palais Royale – India’s Tallest Residential Tower
Standing at 320 meters (1,050 feet) in Worli, Palais Royale is set to become one of Mumbai’s most ultra-luxurious addresses, offering 153 apartments ranging from 740 to 1,300 sq. meters. Despite delays due to legal disputes, construction resumed after a Supreme Court ruling in 2019.
Luxury Real Estate Boom in Worli
Amit Rathi’s purchase follows a string of high-profile deals. In 2024, his father, Anand Rathi, bought three luxury apartments in Raheja Artesia and Birla Niyaara Phase 2 for approximately ₹98.94 crore. With Mumbai’s skyline transforming, Palais Royale remains a sought-after landmark in the city’s growing high-end property market.
