Bollywood siblings Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem have secured a luxurious villa in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu area, renting it for ₹10 lakh per month, according to a report by Hindustan Times. The property is leased from Impact Films Pvt Ltd and is located in the Equest Condominium on Juhu Tara Road.
Villa Details & Rental Agreement
The sprawling 3,370-square-foot villa features an additional 2,654-square-foot basement, a garden, a swimming pool, and parking for four cars. The breakdown of the space includes:
- Ground Floor: 1,245 square feet
- First Floor: 1,011 square feet
- Terrace: 1,112 square feet
The rental agreement was registered on February 25, 2025, and the lease begins on March 20, 2025, for a five-year term. It includes a 48-month lock-in period, with a 10% rent hike after three years. The siblings paid a ₹1.60 lakh stamp duty and a ₹30 lakh security deposit to finalize the deal.
