Mumbai’s luxury real estate market continues to witness record-breaking transactions as high-net-worth individuals invest in prime properties. In one of the city’s most expensive deals, the Zydus Family Trust has purchased a lavish sea-view apartment worth ₹200 crore in Oberoi Realty’s prestigious Three Sixty West project in Worli.
The expansive 17,384 sq. ft. apartment, located on the 61st floor, comes with eight parking spaces. The trust, linked to Zydus Lifesciences (formerly Cadila Healthcare), registered the purchase on March 27, 2025, paying a stamp duty of ₹7.04 crore. The per-square-foot price exceeds ₹1.15 lakh, making it one of the costliest residential acquisitions.
About Three Sixty West
A premium development by Oberoi Realty, Three Sixty West comprises two towers—one with high-end residences and the other housing the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The project has attracted notable buyers, including billionaire Radhakishan Damani, industrialists BK Goenka, Mavjibhai Patel, and Karan Bhagat, as well as Bollywood celebrities like Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput.
Earlier this year, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna sold their 6,830 sq. ft. apartment in the same project for ₹80 crore, further highlighting the demand for ultra-luxury homes in Mumbai.
